Reservation Conditions

• The processing of a reservation by the client implies knowledge and express acceptance of these general conditions.
• After the entry into force on 1 November 2012 of Law 5/2012 creating the Tax on Stays in Tourist Establishments, our customers must pay € 0.50 per person (from 17 years) and per night, with a maximum of 7 nights by way of Tourist Tax.
• In order to access the campsite it is obligatory that all clients have their National Identity Document or Passport.
• To guarantee the reservation you have 48 hours to confirm and make the payment of the advance indicated above (25% of the total stay).
• Payment can be made by credit/debit card (card number and expiry date) by telephone, or by bank transfer.

*The remaining payment must be made on the day of entry of your reservation.

PLOTS:

The price of the pitch includes: the pitch with electricity + car + caravan or motorhome or tent.

Dogs are accepted on the plots as long as they are not Dogs of breeds considered as Potentially Dangerous. According to Royal Decree 287/2002 of 22 March and Law 10/1999 of 30 July

Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Dogo Argentino, Fila brasileiro, Tosa Inu, Akita Inu, Bullmastiff, Doberman, Dogo de Bordeaux, Mastín Napolitano, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Tosa Japonés, Staffordshire as well as crosses with the previous ones or with other races.

We remind you that the time of entry (check in) is from 10 a.m., as well as the time of departure (check out) is at 12 noon. If you wish to depart later than 12 noon, please check with us for availability and prices.

In order to access the campsite it is obligatory that all clients have their National Identity Document or Passport.

We remind you that the silent schedule is from 12 pm to 7 am, you can not enter, leave or drive vehicles in the campsite during those hours.

CAESMAR S.A. reserves the right to change the camping area without prior notice.

BUNGALOWS:

The price of the bungalow includes: people, a car, bedding, blankets, kitchen and basic kitchen utensils. TV, microwave, fridge, bathroom and air conditioning. In addition to garden furniture and parking next to the accommodation.

*Pets are not accepted inside the bungalows.

We remind you that the check in time to the bungalows is from 16:00, as well as the check out time is at 12:00. If you wish to leave later than 12 noon, please check with us for availability and prices.

On the day of your arrival you will be asked to pay the remaining amount of your reservation. We will also ask you for a deposit of 150€ in cash or credit/debit card, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if the bungalow is left in the same condition as it was found (sweeping, dishes washed, clean kitchen, undamaged bedding and rubbish deposited in the container area). If this is not the case, the corresponding part will be deducted from the deposit.

Smoking is not allowed inside the bungalows, if you smoke you will have to pay a penalty of 100€.

We inform you that Camping Estrella de Mar assures the reservation in a bungalow with similar characteristics to those shown in the photographs of the bungalow selected for the reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Our reservation cancellation policy is:

All cancellations must be made in writing with the reservation number.

• Between 60 and 15 days before the cancellation, 100% of the total amount will be refunded.
• Between 14 and 10 days before, 50% is refunded.
• Less than 9 days after the reservation, the payment will not be returned. * Including reservations made within 9 days.
  *In low season is allowed to cancel a reservation and save the deposit for a future stay within the same year. Always subject to availability and confirmation via e-mail.
• In all cases, the bank commission, as well as any other expense caused by the cancellation of the reservation, is the responsibility of the client.
